I love my department, they train people and make things easier for newbies. The management is responsible and very hardworking. The system I used to handle/use were good enough for me to work well.
The management and the people are approachable and treated you as a family. They have training guides, have example scenarios and effective tools to conduct testing.
The challengesSince the department is so pro-active and think ahead among the others, most people misunderstood the goal or the actions. If you can't cope up, you'll be burned out.
