The experience with the company was good. Lots of opportunities of learning yet little space for career growth. The company has yet to learn the importance of employee engagement and promoting work-life balance while having the salary aligns with the current economic status and inflation rate. Overall, the company is a good training grounds for freshers who wants to start at something but definitely difficult to build a lifelong career that can align with ever-changing and ever-growing market. I hope in the future they can promote for their employees.
The good thingsThe people you are working with were easy to work with. You have lots of knowledge to learn and skills to acquire during your time with the company especially with trainings and coaching from your supervisors and managers.
The challengesThe company lacks initiative on employee well-being with little to no employee engagement activities that will boost the employee morale and be more productive at work which they also lack initiative on work-life balance. Also, the difficulty in cross-functional communication between departments.

    There are learnings, but stressful
The good thingsYou'll have the freedom to be exposed to all of the facets, but on your own. You have to be a self learner and resourceful. During pre pandemic, the company is generous during Christmas or year end.
The challengesFew to no coaching from the supervisors. Promotion or career advancement is difficult

A good training ground for fresh grads out there
The good thingsMy department esp. our manager and the supervisors are very helpful in the learning process. As a fresh grad, I still had to learn a lot of new things and often times I make mistakes. They reprimand me for that, yes, but they do it in a very professional way. I am very thankful that I was under their care during my stay in the company.
The challengesThe schedule. - 6-day work-schedule, with opening and closing shifts -working on holidays particularly for branch employees like me -working on weekends

The good thingsI enjoyed working in CW Home Depot because of its good employee. They emphatized to each and everyone especially their clients . They give and satisfy the clients with passion and love. They've worked hard in able for them to have more sales and to extend their service to prospective customers.
The challengesThe challenges in this company is to succeed your commitment to the client. As you commit to the client you must work hard to satisfy them. Time, effort, and patience are the things that the employee have and also dedication to work.
