Being part of this company for more than 15 years has been incredibly fulfilling journey
The good thingsThe supportive and inspiring community where I’ve grown both personally and professionally.
The challengesAdapting to every shifts in company’s new strategy or structure over the years. But I become more resilient and flexible which are highly valuable traits in my career.

I would not recommend on this company even you are fresh graduate. -
The good thingsGood colleagues, quarterly outing and birthday gift
The challengesLack of training material for self-learning, no more room to improvement. - Low salary - Don't expect for regularization after 6 months onwards - I don't like their policy in the reimbursement of transpo fee - No proper training on the product, weird policy regarding usage of test environment - They trying to engage the big companies; however, they are not investing on their engineers like giving certification or having training bootcamp.

Not an ideal workplace for those potential candidates with specialized skills.
The good thingsPositive relationship with the immediate head. Colleagues are welcoming - especially tenured employees. Has quarterly activities.
The challengesOvercontrolled by the owner. Gap between the management. The tenured employees are not well taken care of. Strict in attendance. No in or out - matic absent. No OT Pays! AND some employees who are under the highest position are the ones that are really taken care of - especially their perks in the company i believe.
Company RepresentativeThank you for your feedback. It was nice knowing you had fostered a positive relationship with your supervisor and colleagues. Coming in to work on time shows our sense of commitment and discipline at work. We believe that it also shows our professionalism and respect to our colleagues and clients who values their time as well. Overtime application has/will always be an employee initiative in the Company. If an employee believes that he/she has rendered beyond 8 hours of productive work, he/she has the liberty to file in the HRIS where he/she has access to his/her profile. Company perks are given fairly. As an example, IKEA Chairs were given last December 2021 as a token to all employees, whether they are on probationary or regular employment status. This chair was also sent to employees working from home to show our appreciation for their contribution to the company. We believe you were also a recipient of this chair.

    Working Here is a risk
The good thingsWork Environment, most colleagues
The challengesmanagement doesn't care about their employees, OT with no pay sometimes, no official training. Stressful. No assurance for regularization. owner has vision, but not a realist - wants to engage top corporations but doesn't invest on its employees.
Company RepresentativeThank you for your feedback. We are happy to know that you found a good work environment here at CT Link as well as you have enjoyed working with your colleagues. Quarterly company activities and company outings which we believe you were both a part of are not only meant to foster employee camaraderie but were also designed to create a venue for employees to take time off our busy schedule and de-stress from the daily grind. Overtime application has/will always be an employee initiative in the Company. If an employee believes that he/she has rendered beyond 8 hours of productive work, he/she has the liberty to file in the HRIS where he/she has access to his/her profile. It was also discussed during job offer that employees hired in the company starts as probationary employee. During this period, work performance as well as the right work aptitude and attitude are assessed to determine if an employee will be regularized. If an employee fails to meet the expectations set forth by the Company, the employee might or might not be terminated.

The challengesEngineers have NO PROPER TRAINING. No OT pay sometimes. Regularization takes almost a year. Management didn't care about their engineers.
