Not healthy to stay here in all aspects.
The good thingsThis government agency has potential and a very good mandate.
The challengesA lot of employees are incompetent and hired only because they are related in any way to those in position. This is very typical in every government office but due to lack of skills and good ethics, most of them are unprofessional. Only a few work accordingly and execute all the work. Expect loads of tasks. You have to be careful not to show potential if you want to stay here for long. Career growth is impossible.
