    This company is a joke. First, they will let you undergo the interview process upto the final interview then you will get the job offer. And then they will take it back telling you that they are no longer hiring for the position. Incredibly frustrating.

    The good thingsBeing the largest manufacturer of AC units in the Philippines, you have the opportunity to be exposed to several projects and the higher chance of getting sales in terms of strong network foundation of Carrier service providers across the country, higher quality of products as well as experience in the entire HVAC industry proven by more than 50 years in the Philippine HVAC market.
    The challengesWork and life balance are at risk here due to tons of projects available but limited people and time resource. The company has also put new restrictions in almost all processes which make it challenging to achieve sales and timely delivery. New commission scheme is also very challenging and may require very extensive effort.

    The good thingsBeing interns they made sure we were welcomed and occupied with learning for most of our training hours. They trusted us with tasks that were meant for real employees. They made sure to acknowledge our works and help us do more. Mostly we worked in teams which made work lighter and which trained us to be a team player while giving us the opportunity to lead as an individual.

    The good thingsThe good thing about my employment with CCAC was, I was generously paid because of my overtime, salary package wise it is within the industry. Trainings are given to deserving staff and if you wished to have one. And on the side note, OT meals and OT transportation is well provided.
    The challengesThe challenges that I encountered during my time at CCAC was excessive overtime, work-life balance is not observed. Although it is always part of there company to goal.
