    It's a trap. Don't bite the dust.
    The good thingsThe surroundings are chill and neat.
    The challengesThe management of the account I had in Taguig is very toxic. It's a trap if they'll mention to you that it's a nonvoice account or content moderator. Very low basic salary, no sick leaves, the leaves are based on accruals, and all the time the PTOs are often not approved.

    I have learn that Google had many products and services that we can use..
    The good thingsEach technical know how was added to our very own skills set.
    The challengesOnly experience the stress when WFH started. Having slow/non corporate internet speed can really affect ones task. Longer time to complete task and information needed by the customer not available in a more practical timeframe.

    The challengesI guess majority of it's employees will agree to me in regards to the HMO provider, which has a lot of limitations.

    it was okay but somehow, there's always a problem with training GAP
    The good thingsGood working environment specially at Google! I can't complain the perks I am getting under Google Facilities.
