    Thankful for CNX for recognizing my potential in the BPO industry 4yrs ago
    The good thingsConcentrix was my first ever employer/BPO company that recognized my potential to thrive in the call center industry 4yrs ago, and I can't thank them enough for it. Having ann available shuttle to and from work was so convenient, and having an approachable management was a huge plus.

    The challengesIf you are a newbie you can start here but if you are more than a year, you need to relocate cause the salary is still the same as the offer you have.
