    Concentrix is good if you want a easy to handle account or a career that will mold your skills and knowledge specially in communication. However, the management was so bad and unfair for their employees.
    The good thingsAs part of CSR team at first everything went well. Their trainers are all approachable and effective.
    The challengesThe challenges I've had during my career on Concentrix is their management. There are a lot of unpaid OTs. Their team leader focused more on their favored employees and didn't even do effective coaching. I had to file my concern at their HR department however their HR only focused and favored only to their higher ups such as OMs and TLs. My team leader back then had a lot of verbal abs and emotional abs such as use your weakness and your problems and their jokes and our OM was way too much when it comes to attendance. I've been hospitalized for about 2 days however they've inform me that I'll be receiving a memo from them for my absence though I provided a medical certificate and proofs.

    The challengesPay. I worked for more than four years, and I was receiving 500 PHP increase in my basic pay.

The training and resources provided were top-notch, equipping me with the skills needed to excel in my role. Management was always approachable and invested in employee success, offering guidance and recognition for our efforts. This positive and encouraging atmosphere significantly contributed to my professional development and job satisfaction. Concentrix's commitment to customer service excellence was evident in every aspect of the job. The emphasis on quality and efficiency helped us deliver outstanding support to our clients, leading to high customer satisfaction rates. Overall, my time at Concentrix was incredibly fulfilling, and I am grateful for the opportunities and experiences I gained during my tenure.     The challenges I faced during my tenure was the location of the office, which was quite far from my residence. The long commute was occasionally taxing, impacting my work-life balance. Despite this, the supportive work environment and the opportunities for growth made the effort worthwhile.

    The challengesActually I don't have any challenges working on this company since all the managers and the staff are good and very accommodating is just that right now. They are sending 90% of the employee back on site and right now my my main concern is my family safety and we are not yet still a COVID Free country.
