    The challengesThe management is not easy to talk to, I requested for a medical leave a bunch of times but we’re not approved and they kept on asking so many more documents to prove that the medical leave is necessary, I will not want anyone to go through what I went through, so please consider other companies

    The good thingsNever thought I'd love and stay in this company for almost 8 years, originally I was with Convergys until the acquisition of Concentrix happened. Nothing really changed that impacted at least in my level. This company values so much not just about their Clients but their Employees as well. This Pandemic Crisis is a witness how Concentrix PH leads the way in so many levels to continue providing and securing jobs to Filipinos.
