I loved the facilities and they have many engagement activities you can join every now and then, even outreach programs. It was fun being a game changer and to be part of something great. Well, only time can tell when I will be back again.
The good thingsMany to mention. I loved it there. It was my home for 6 years. I would want to comeback if they have opportunities for me as a Spanish Bilingual.
The challengesNever ending completions every now and then. Every week average of 3 completions needed to be taken and each one takes time to accomplish and people were completing it just for the sake of completion. I was too. Also, you need to have straws to get promoted and more sipsip you are, the better. It was daunting. Your performance almost no longer matter if a straw would help you get through it.

The good thingsAt least on the account, I was able to get in , the management and the people are great. Leaves are not that hard to get as long as a valid reason is provided. Worker's wellness and health are a priority and the Leaders are very hands-on with the agents.
The challengessadly, was not able to get my hard-worked commission when I resigned. Quick changes with metrics or sales goals.
