I've been working on this company for 4 years yet no salary Increase ! low salary offered to those tenured who work hard for them !! low benefits and award for top agents !
The good thingsManagement are not fair for every of each employee , They only care for those tl's and support not the hardwork of the agent passing the phone que or interval .
The challengesvery queeing no after call work not worth the hard work cause they won't see it. They don't value employees .
