    The challengesI noticed that System issues occasionally impacted our ability to hit KPIs. Streamlining the IT support process or updating workstation hardware would help the team maintain higher data accuracy.

    The challengesThey could have improve more on encouraging new comers to really stay. They could have given more opportunities on new comers to really gain the skills during training so they can gain more confidence before they are being assigned on the production floor so it wont affect the whole site's performance and would have been easy for team leads to mold them into a better agent.

    The good thingsDuring the first 3 months of Training, everything is great! Great Trainers, Great Learning Lab TL and Supports. And also, had a Great 2 Teams and Team Leader when in Production.
    The challengesNo Work-Life Balance. After the transitions happened in the account, everything is so stressful. Toxic people, ACW and "Long" Call is too short. Always being called out for that even the call has just started. Terrible! Even if you have a Medical Certificate, your absences is still not valid.
