Working at Concentrix has been a mix of challenges and growth for me. I started as a chat support representative, which taught me how to stay focused, calm, and empathetic even in stressful situations. The best part has been the people — my teammates and leaders who make every shift lighter with their energy and support. I’ve learned how important acknowledgment and human connection are, not just in work, but in life. It’s not always easy, especially with performance scorecards and the pressure to meet targets, but it has pushed me to improve and find my strengths. My time here has helped me grow professionally, gain resilience, and discover what I want for my career moving forward.
The good thingsThe people and its management.
The challengesNeed to meet your scorecard and handling three coversation at the same time.
