    The Pros and Cons when working in Concetrix
    The good thingsThe good things I experience in the company is that they offered working at home ever since the pandemic started that was last March 2020. They also offered loans and other stuffs especially the vaccine that an employee might need in the midst of the global pandemic.
    The challengesThe challenges working for this company is that schedules are not permanent. You must be flexible when it comes to schedule because you'll never know the changes might reflect tomorrow or the next week. Internal management of the LOB needs to have
