for newly grad maybe this can do but for experienced stay away, because getting the last pay is very delayed if you don't constantly pushing or sending messages asking for update on your last pay it won't move also they dont put the last pay in the quitclaim, work experience you will get white hair that is not worth
The good thingsIn my own humble personal opinion none because the management does not know how to weight which right or wrong and can be swayed easily by those who whisper in their ear even it is wrong
The challengesgetting a sermon that didn't get the beginning of the problem before giving the sermon, workmates that doesn't own responsibility of the problem getting the last pay they didn't put it on their quitclaim they will answer you when you ask is its in the law

The good thingsCareer development, you can learn new things as the company does internal hiring.
The challengesSalary and benefits. Needs to improve the salary package, some salary are below the market price. Need to have a better HR department.
