If you want to climb the ladder this company is a good start but if you have the family to sustain I won't recommend working here.
The good thingsOkay na rin, low salary po. With HMO but deducted from the employees. With 30 days Sick and Vacation Leaves. With grocery

for newly grad maybe this can do but for experienced stay away, because getting the last pay is very delayed if you don't constantly pushing or sending messages asking for update on your last pay it won't move also they dont put the last pay in the quitclaim, work experience you will get white hair that is not worth
The good thingsIn my own humble personal opinion none because the management does not know how to weight which right or wrong and can be swayed easily by those who whisper in their ear even it is wrong
The challengesgetting a sermon that didn't get the beginning of the problem before giving the sermon, workmates that doesn't own responsibility of the problem getting the last pay they didn't put it on their quitclaim they will answer you when you ask is its in the law

The good thingsI enjoy working at ComWorks Inc. due to the fact that my superiors are very friendly and approachable. I really feel like I belong to the team.
The challengesThe only challenge that I encountered for this company is that the salary is low considering the fact that the cost of living in Metro Manila is too high.

The good thingsHad a lot of friends on different departments. Lots of friendly people. Work-life is balanced. No stress on work.
The challengesNo career growth. Repetitive work. IT manager and co-workers are not professional when it comes to work. Super duper delayed back pay.

The good thingsI have experienced personal fulfillment, both from my job responsibilities and from the close friendships I have established with my co-employees that have been among the finest people I have ever known
The challengesNo hand-over from previous employees. Some Company policies/memos were not cascaded to employees. However, issues were resolved/arrested already.
