    The Commission on Human Rights (CHR) is an independent National Human Rights Institution (NHRI) created under the 1987 Philippine Constitution, established on 05 May1987 by virtue of Executive Order No. 163.The Commission is mandated to conduct investigations on human rights violations against marginalized and vulnerable sectors of the society, involving civil and politicalrights.CHR is an “A” accredited NHRI, fully complying with the Paris Principles adopted by the United Nations General Assembly in 1995. As an NHRI, the Commission upholds sixfundamental characteristics — independence, pluralism, broad mandate, transparency, accessibility, and operational efficiency.The Commission commits to deliver prompt, responsive, accessible, and excellent public ser vice for the protection and promotion of human rights in accordance withuniversal human rights principles and standards.

    It is a government agency who support and addrress issues and concerns human rights of everyone. It is a conscience of everyone , every single government bodies. It is stand for the quality and rights to be free in any aspects , like the to free in the basic needs.

    The challengesThe biggest challenge was how to overcome to many issues . Moat specially how do you deal to people in explaining and educating them what is Human Rights is, and the importance of Human Rights .

    in my job in commission on human rights, I've leaerned to developed my interpersonnel skills and also how to handle critical situations. The environment is a happy place to work.
    The good thingsThe employees and employer relationship has a strong communication to open up any issues and concerns. Highly implemented the Mandate of the Commission, which promoting the rights of everyone.
    The challengesSo far so good, maybe the facilities it is not highly advance and also old stock.
