    The company gave me the opportunity to enhance my skills and hidden capabilities to be an account representative. I dont have any BPO experience but i love how they mold me to be a call center agent now. I am very very thankful to this company

    The challengesAt first i am very nervous to the irate customers.. but later on I felt that was a challenge for me to handle them courteously
