i stayed in the company for 1 year and 2 months only, i was happy that i explored other opportunities, i still have friends in the company and i am hoping them well and good career journey. hope the company stands on their good image. i am also grateful that i was able to experience this kind of journey, this made me stronger and more resilient now. nobody deserves to be mistreated. The good thingsi worked in coca cola femsa philippines 10 years ago, i was so young back then about 22 years old as a preseller and realized now that the experience i have had was the worst traumatizing working experience to ever had in my career life. the management actually doesnt care about the working conditions since we are field workers. what they only care is hitting our daily / monthly quotas. rain or shine
The challengeschallenges is that the management does not have empathies on their presellers. this is why the company needed a union to protect their employees from mistreatment of the company’s leaders. well maybe in my case yes 10years ago
