    The good thingsThey have lots of wellness programs for their employees. They do have competitive benefits if you are part of the labor union.
    The challengesI have worked in the logistics department. Everything in this department is TOXIC. You are deprived of your rest. Their wellness program does not apply in this department. No work-life-balance.

    The good thingsI worked in coca cola beverage philippines inc 1 years ago, I'm preseller and realized now that the experience i have had one of the worst traumatizing working experience to ever had in my career life. the management actually doesn't care about you and even your get target and perform good they find ways to scolded you they prefer to regular they own relative and because of palakasan system the working conditions since we are field workers. what they only care is hitting our daily & monthly quotas. rain or shine.
    The challengesThe management doesn't not have care and empathies on their presellers. this is why the company needed a union to protect their employees from mistreatment of the company’s leaders. well maybe in my case yes

    The good thingsThey offered 200% for ISP dominated by Tsm's position.
    The challengesNice working with CCEAP. It just that the management decided to take out 1 level which is the Tsm's position that are reporting to RSM's. I didn't experienced bad situations with CCEAP time.

    The good thingsThe camaraderie, and the trainings. Anyone who came from working with Coca cola is considered the toughest. It's trainings and learning is very strong, and applicable in variius aspects in any fields. I have been to many different companies but I would still love to go back working here.
    The challengesWork life balance is sometimes disregarded specially on peak seasons like fiestas and holidays. But everything is paid off. Still worth it.

    i stayed in the company for 1 year and 2 months only, i was happy that i explored other opportunities, i still have friends in the company and i am hoping them well and good career journey. hope the company stands on their good image. i am also grateful that i was able to experience this kind of journey, this made me stronger and more resilient now. nobody deserves to be mistreated.
    The good thingsi worked in coca cola femsa philippines 10 years ago, i was so young back then about 22 years old as a preseller and realized now that the experience i have had was the worst traumatizing working experience to ever had in my career life. the management actually doesnt care about the working conditions since we are field workers. what they only care is hitting our daily / monthly quotas. rain or shine
