    BCM has been my comfort zone; hard to leave
    The good thingsWork-life balance, great working environment, kind students, fixed salary, convenient schedule. I am an MA student so 5AM-2PM schedule actually worked well for me. I literally can be productive after work. It's been my comfort zone for the past 3 years and 10 months (and counting--- til I graduate, maybe).
    The challengesmanagement can be more empathic, leave credits can be better, basic salary can definitely be higher than 15k (given the amount of students we get in a day--- personally I get around 35-38 students a day)

    The good thingsCan't think of any to be honest. Well.. you make really nice friends though if you're lucky.
    The challengesThey are a little pat e thic because they'd rather their image not tarnished than to actually act upon their areas for improvement
