    Oh What A Job!!!!
    The good thingsI couldn't really think of exceptional goods things that my employer have done to me. I am getting my pay, yes, plus the usual mandatory benefits, which the government have imposed. Other than this, no more. No appreciation, no motivation and no room for growth.
    The challengesIt is very difficult to work for a boss, who pretends to know everything, who only thinks of himself. A superior, who doesn't look after the welfare of his subordinates. A superior, who is ill-mannered and selfish. A superior, who doesn't accept mistakes and who blames his people It is very difficult to work for someone, who is dubious. Employee-employer relationship must be founded by trust.
