Employees at the City Government of Digos value the professionalism and work ethics demonstrated, as well as the new challenges and openness to new ideas fostered by the young and energetic City Mayor. They also appreciate the great training experiences provided to help them properly understand and do their jobs.
However, some potential areas for improvement include the challenge of creating complicated legal paperwork, the need for quicker responses to clients and a greater sense of responsibility and accountability from all personnel, and more recognition for the hard work of labourers who may not be as close to the administration.
