A small city with huge potentialThe good thingsIt is localized where everyone knows everyone. There is little, if absolutely no bureaucracy to speak of. The salary/compensation is commensurate to local expenses. There is also no traffic, except those coming from other towns to the city, but is considerably manageable than Metro Manila.
The challengesThe opportunities for career growth is quite low. Political considerations limit career development potential as decisions are oftentimes based on accomodations. Management is not only patronizing but is also provincial in its limited sense. The leadership of various departments are also antequated and needs improvements.
