    Great Company! its just that you cannot please the clients due to company rules
    The good thingsAside from reasonable salary Citi provides world class benefits medical and lifee insurance. One can succeed and will grow if they will stay.
    The challengesThe challenges are achieving what the client wants but the rules are tight, if the client was not followed it will result to low satisfaction and they will rate you low, having low scores in clients satisfactions puts you into series of interventions and monitoring, if not succeeded you will be terminated

    A place you would like to stay and invest your time to have a successful career.
    The good thingsJob security and stability. Great competitive compensation. A place that will value you as an employee and in return you would like to desire success not only for you but also for the company. The management is very pro employee and you can only be thankful everyday that you are one of the fortunate applicant that they choose to work for them.
    The challengesThe place is located in BGC. So, it means traffic. The accessibility is the biggest challenge working here. If you are working far from BGC then you should be ready for a stressful travel or commuting everyday. The company does not offer shuttle services. Another is their medical benefits; they only offer HMO benefits for spouse and children. So, if you are single then there is no option to add any of your family member.
