    Dynamic Working Environment
    The good thingsIf you're looking for a start-up like setting and work with bunch of smart and creative people, this may be a good fit to your interest. They promote: 1. Pay per Performance Culture 2. Collaboration - co and cross functionally 3. Coaching and mentorship Almost all line managers empower each employee by giving them a free hand to enhance and challenge the status quo. There are things that they should be catching up to, but nonetheless, it's a good place to kickstart your career.

    Nice workplace to work.
    The good thingsGreat benefits, specially their HMO because it has 2 dependents and 300k+ per illness , also with Dental.

    Been in the company for a long time. There are different types of colleagues you will encounter, some are nice, some are not. Well, all companies are in this the same boat. Yet, still managed to be in our profession
    The good thingsRegular Employee Benefits are great. VL/SL (15/15 days, total of 30days). 7.5days SL are convertible to cash. 10k annual prescribed medicine reimbursement. Yearly performance bonus (upto 200% dependends on the performance) , annual salary increase, 5k cash gift every christmas, & 5k annual clothing allowance.
    The challengesMinimal knowledge only because of these. 1. Selective training more on managerial & executive level do the training's (locally & abroad). 2. Rank and file employees only do their office stuff & as instructed. Sometimes they have seminar or training but limited only (once or twice a year only), sometimes no training or seminar at all only for the Execs & Managers. 3.Career growth is low, since there is no available post and depends on the boss.

    The good thingsThis company offers employees opportunities to grow more in their career. The working environment were so friendly. Majority of employees were nice and with good attitude. The higher management has their standards.
    The challengesThere are full of challenges encountered to every work assigned to you. Like time pressure on deliverable and more projects awaits on you. But you need to stay focus, driven and passionate with what are you doing for you able to succeed and meet every deadlines.
