    The good thingsGood people all around. Immediate supervisors want to be the best in the industry.
    The challengesToo much stress generated by the head of marketing. The tediousness of day-to-day tasks being asked of us was not enjoyable.

    The good thingsTeam Application Support has a good environment and non-toxic people. Hybrid set up are still effective.
    The challengesPeople used to work remotely because of the pandemic, and even in remote set-up we work effective. But company requires a 100% RTO and it was hard to other people since, they hired afar from the place where they lived.
