    The good thingsTeam Application Support has a good environment and non-toxic people. Hybrid set up are still effective.
    The challengesPeople used to work remotely because of the pandemic, and even in remote set-up we work effective. But company requires a 100% RTO and it was hard to other people since, they hired afar from the place where they lived.

    Full of Fun yet low Salary
    The good thingsThere are Alot of activities going on to keep the employees motivated.
    The challengesEvery work has its own challenges but it’s how you cope with. Salary is a challenge for me bec I was promised before, during and after I was on board but the salary increase was never eigher due to management or my immediate superior’s decision. You have to adapt the “Kiss my Ass” attitude because this is how you will survive everyday. Overall, it was a nice company if your interest is geared towards the entertainment industry.
