    The challengesNeed to improve the system from top approval to down. Stressful budget focus on opening new store without proper budget for maintenance on existing store . No proper process of hiring lock of tools to used like Car, Cp and laptop etc to new applicant. No proper training for new applicant . Very poor management .

    Not worth working here with very low salary and only the top managements can save up. Task was overwhelming.
