    The good thingsThis is the company for all the newbies. 1.They will learn all the things for oil & gas sector. That includes, design, engineering & construction. 2. You will have a better opportunity once you have gain experience from trainings. 3. You will have better offers since all the trainings from Chiyoda are intensive and competitive
    The challenges1. Learn all the basics and enhanced what you have learned by involving on projects. 2. Decide where is your career path you want to go, with this you can see if you are developing towards a goal. 3. If you are not developing anymore after 3 years, you need to decide if you will go out of the company or stay.
