    The coworkers I met made my stay worth it.
    The good thingsThe coworkers — Friendly staff and good work-life balance. They highly recommend athletic individuals participate in after-work sports-related activities like basketball, volleyball, and even jogging

    I love my colleuges here..and I will never forget Chiyoda..,however I want to find a corporation that will help me to grow..I also want hybrid set up..
    The good thingsI've been here for the past 11 years, and I am very thankful for all the knowledge that I have learned., however if you are a non technical person like me..growth opportunnity is very low, since management is.more concern on the operation..Life work balance will depend on your GM, the prob here is that they don't consider hybrid set up..
    The challengesNo development for the non technical staff..Opportunity to be be dispatch is very low.

    The good things1. Security of Tenure 2. Good Benefits on top of salary 3. Good Workplace 4. Lots of learning especially for fresh graduates 5. Opportunity to work outside Philippines
    The challenges1. Learning stops/slows down rapidly after 3 or less years (depending on individuals) 2. Low compensation growth compared to other competitors of the same field (good for starters) 3. Prioritizes information security over employee health safety 4. Prioritizes seniority over performance

    The good thingsYou get to practice the technical info that you learn from undergrad days. Work is limited to the office, you don't need to think about work when you get out.
    The challengesLots of overtime during peak work seasons. Very slow salary growth after 3 years. Career growth is also pretty slow. Management kept insisting that working at office is safe during covid pandemic despite having the option to work from home. Virtually everyone is expected to work at office. They deemed wearing masks, face shields, and social distancing to be sufficient in controlling covid despite working in a closed air conditioned space.

    The good thingsThe camaraderie with my workmates and the regular quarterly gatherings after working hours.
    The challengesIT salary is sub-par compared to other companies. Promotions are few and far in-between due to the bell-curve equation the management is using to determine the number eligible for promotion.

    The good thingsSo many things learned, God loving, good employers, the facility is great too. The time has offset so being late is not a problem. The project information are so secured, in summary, this is a goo company for structural engineers who wants to learn more or to dig deeper in their chosen field of specialization. There are so much opportunity in this company. Just be brave and industrious, and you will find success.
