    The good thingsOpportunity to learn and work with people of different background/culture.
    The challenges-Limited to no time-offs. Working on a weekend almost every now and then -No opportunity to learn other technologies unless the company decides to explore on new technologies -Career progression is unclear or not discussed at all during 1 on 1 sessions -Micromanagement. Ex: time-in/time-out. Other IT companies do not have this. Much better if the company measures the output of a person. That is why there is a word called INTEGRITY.
