It is so much more than sales
The good thingsReceive genuine satisfaction from helping clients find the perfect home.
The challengesReal estate transactions generally are one of the most stressful times of a client’s life, and you will need to be confident in your skills and abilities when things don’t go as planned. If a client leaves unhappy, whether it was due to your efforts or not, word-of-mouth spreads quickly and can affect your referral network and, ultimately, your bottom-line.

    Learning from Experience
The good thingsi enjoyed working here because i get to meet different people from different properties. I became independent because I am the only one who's in charge of the billing and I get to experience talking o clients a lot. it really boosted my confidence which i know was lacking when i graduated from college.
The challengesit could have been much better if we all work together under one building because in that way we get to share our insights/ideas to each other and there is no way that a problem would last any longer because we can easily ask for help if we are on the same place.
