    The good thingsThe Century Properties has a distinct concern ("malasakit") for their employees' welfare most especially amidst pandemic. Tthey religiously provide medical assistance/attention, food/fruit suppplies, vitamins and personal hygienes. Morever, a well competetitive HMO and an average company benefits.
    The challengesOne of the challenges working for this company are standardization of process, work exhaustion and at some point to have work/life balance.

    The challengesPaying tollfees during Boeing or site tripping is not ideal for me to pay tollfess every weekends if we have trippings of client site viewing and in excersice of kilometers is pating 12.00pesos per kilometers to driver outright. Not ideal.
