    The experience in teaching and doing my job as statistician is self-fulfilling.
    The good thingsI enjoyed working as instructor in mathematics, statistics, and related field. Moreover, doing my job as statistician in various field of research is self-fulfilling for it helps me gain more knowledge and developed my expertise.
    The challengesThe learners were diverse, therefore it is expected that I must cope up with these individual differences.
