It's a disaster, so very disappointed of the staff and specially so very lazy we thinks that package will be a good choice so that we will not hassle our self, lack of equipment and most of all unfriendly maternity staff they always love to shout to the patients even the patients calmly explaining, and the price for range for the package is not explain properly so very expensive even a low-budget hospital, not commendable
The good thingsOnly the doctor that help my wife delivered the baby safely

    Challenging but worth it!😊
The good thingsThis hospital was really my first experience on the field as a medical technologist. I was so thankful because I'm with my friends so there were someone you can count on if problems may arise in the laband I know it was an advantage for me. The machines are advance/ automated eventhough the lab is not that big. The staffs are very friendly and the 2 pathologists was very kind and understanding.
The challengesYou have to work hard on extracting newborn because babies, pregnant women, and gyne cases will be your patients. On the night shift, 1 medtech duty only and you have to be all around in all the deparment. Also, the salary on my time was really not big, and you are busy in the lab procesing all by yourself. I don't know if how much is the increase of their salary as of today.

Steps to be in special areas to other hosp.
The good thingsFocused on mother and child care. If assigned to a special area, it'll be an advantage on learning new knowledge, application of new skils and critical decision makings if assigned as a charge are really applied, moreover, Collaborative work applies too when caring for patient.
The challengesToxic if in time there would be an excessive population of special cases or patients thst need to be worked upon for improvement.
