    Stressful. Very high in competitive terms. No place to stress out.

    The challengesThey tend to recruit more but no specific place for the agents (if a person got any sickness ex. Coughs and colds, it will spread out like a wildfire), HMO, very competitive people, make sure to ready your throat due to the heavy queue of calls.

    The challengeswith the line of business i'm calling, it is queuing everyday. make sure your throat is up for that challenge. very strict on attendance but there is free wifi for employees.
