Ltd (NS) located in Chino Nagano Japan. Affiliated Company - Philippine Nagano Seiko, Inc & Karumona Nagano Seiko, Inc which is located in Carmona Cavite Philippines.

    The good thingsI had oppurtunities for my career growth when I was working there. The Japanese management fully supported what I want to do with my career.Aside from giving me a flexible work schedule so that I can study outside of the company, they also gave me trainings which not only benefited me but also the company.
    The challengesThe company should have procured in a timely manner the different facility equipment needed to sustain the productivity of the ever increasing production lines. To support bigger production plans, facilities should also be upgraded not just to sustain the present needs but to plan for the future.
