    High expectation for a very low salary package
    The good thingsCarrer growth oppurtunity is given as early as regularization. Does not look into tenurity in terms of promotion.
    The challengesAgents are expected to do a lot of task at once. High expectations for a very low salary. Power tripping from Seniors. Little to no incentives. No retention efforts, will rather hire new agents than try to keep the experienced ones.

    Working in this company with my colleagues is good. but the salary is bad. I've worked here for years but my salary never increases. The opportunities for promotion and career is also not good.
    The good thingsGood thing about working here is the people are good and free pizza for every last Friday of the month.
    The challengesThe only challenge here is the opportunities for the promotions and the salary increase.

    The good thingsSome of your colleagues are friendly, even the HR manager and company President. Office location is also easy to access since it is only along Ayala Ave.
    The challengesLow salary and lack in employees benefits as compared to other POGO companies Office ambience is not pleasant in the eyes. No office ceiling, small office location, its like your in a matchbox with divisions, also the office building is very old. Btw office admin should attend trainings. Not advisable for a well experienced employees who works in other POGO companies

    Great management!
    The good things- The management values our team and I can see it. - Suggestions for the company, the team and as well as for the employee are very open. - Our team has great teamwork and relationship towards each other. - Our team leaders and department heads treat us more as a team and less as a subordinate only.
    The challengesSome of my preference with regards to my career as a programmer is not used here. But because of this, I'll be able to learn extra knowledge.
