    The good thingsInclude trainings for entry level and make you a skilled employee in your department. Fun and approachable workmates salary incentives and night differential for night shift.
    The challengesSunday duties due to a 24/7 manufacturing process of the company. As a dependable engineer we really need to come sometimes in Sundays for assisting Mold fabrication department for uploading CNC programs to the machine as well as adjustments and modifications schedules.
