    The good thingsThe company is open for fresh graduates with or without experience in the front office workloads. A good starting point for hoteliers and entrepreneurs who want to explore and familiarize themselves with the hospitality industry. Offers 200+ rooms, allowing one to experience simultaneous daily arrivals and departures.
    The challengesThe amount of workload does not equate with a decent amount of monthly salary.

    Its great and challenging experienced in working in a hotel and resort
    The good thingsI enjoyed working there not just because of the ambiance, co workers, managements and also it was my first time to work that is why for me its a challenging and a great experienced. The people,the staffs are all good in custumer service.
    The challengesToo many challenges in working in this kind of resorts restaurant due to the average custumers during peak and summer season . Also the not just the kitchen you work you can work as bartender, a house keeping attendant. This was the time i knew that i can do better and multi tasking as i can a great and excellent experience for this resort.
