There are many people staying here for 7 to 12 years plus because of the balanced culture.
The good thingsHas work life balance, good culture, management is supportive, client is nice. Hybrid setup (2x wfh, 3x onsite). They are less stricter than typical BPO culture.
The challengesAnnual salary increase could be improved. I want to go back but they cannot afford my salary anymore.

    Horrible company
The good thingsMorning shift, weekends off.
The challenges- Horrible company. - Management doesn't consult their employees with their decisions, or they may consult on a few instances but would just get them backseated. - The new location is a challenge, no shuttles provided and not even conducive to motivate you. - Limited food choices. Pantry food is sometimes stale. - Event planning is unorganized and chaotic, looks really cheap; Management wouldn't shell out for top-tier performances from artists and would only source from within the company. - There are not much employee engagement activities - There is no work-life balance because you have to render overtime everyday. Worst, even on weekends.

So So Company / Poor Leadership
The good thingsco-workers, my team, AU time
The challengeslocation is a problem, no free parking, food at canteen is expensive and not good, the worst problem is the leadership, no interaction with employees, makes decisions without consulting employees, no real perks, HMO is bad, no dependents, 13 month pay only, all good managers have left, no company outings, so so company events.

Weak Management / No perks / No Bonuses
The good thingsMid Shift - You can still do a lot of things after your shift. Current Location is good.
The challengesSenior Management doesn't have a clue on how to run the company. A lot of managers have left because of this. No perks / just 13th month pay. No free HMO for dependents. No interaction with employees Poor planning of events New location is far and is a downgrade not an upgrade to current location.

Company is ok if you want to start somewhere with a name and you're up for a daily challenge
The good thingsThe learning opportunities were great. People in authority macromanaged non sales which was both good and bad. Good for those who are doing an honest day's job but bad for those who were terrible at what they do, even at simple things at respect for time and deadlines. There were those who listen well. Management also extend effort to enable employees.
The challengesFeedback and evaluation should be improved. Follow through for actions that need to be done should also be monitored. Acknowledge employees who did well in their jobs. Management should also take timely action on issues that have been raised. Intergroup relationships should be fostered to encourage a more collaborative working relationship.
