    The good thingsMy colleagues are very welcoming and everyone is treated with respect. My line manager truly made me feel supported and is always rooting for my success. Also, there is a keen sense that the management is really concerned about the employees' overall welfare and career development.
    The challengesIt is a very big organization so it is easy to feel overwhelmed and a bit lost/insignificant.
