Last thing you'll need in this pandemic is a very stressful workplace
The good thingsPeople who chose to stay yet sometimes they can be toxic. For Engineers, it is worth trying but for experience only. Be ready because they will make sure every penny of your salary is worth it. Also be prepared to not have rest because they will be asking you to work on sundays too.
The challengesUnfair treatment of management, no professional and salary growth, processes depends on what the management feels about it and how the boss feels at the moment, management does not believe in work life balance instead your work is your life. The list is endless.

Mediocre at best. Don't hold your breath.
The good thingsTeam mates at the time were great to be with. This was the only good thing about the position.
The challengesThe position was a 3rd party contractor to another management company which is a contractor to the site we were in. Not pretty at all.

    Good for fresh graduates
The good thingsI enjoyed being a part of the company because I made friends with some colleagues. The friends that I have here also became a part of my family.
The challengesThe management should improve. The way they treat their people. They don't know how to take care of their people. It is always the customers first but not people first. They don't imagine that if they don't have their people their business won't work. They don't give the benefits that the people deserve. They don't engage in different activities that promotes work life balance. No Salary increase even if you are staying in the company for years. Toxic people and environment.

    Good for fresh grads
The good thingsThe colleagues in general are nice and you will really feel the culture of support. I never had a hard time coping with the environment. It's a good training ground for fresh graduates because you will learn a LOT from the company president himself, from your supervisor, and from your colleagues. You will learn how to manage your time efficiently. They also provide free dorm for employees who live in provinces.
The challengesThe workload does not equal to that of the salary. Compensation and Benefits package is not that competitive. You will work for Mon to Sat (whole day).

Work to live, NOT live to work!
The good thingsDevelop/Enhance technical skills, critical thinking, multitasking, and to push yourself to limits since you will experience a lot of challenges on this job. Opportunity to discover your weaknesses and turn it as your strength. Salary/pay day always on time. Great experience for stepping stone.
The challenges24/7 working environment and most of the time you will be working more than 14 hours a day and even in Sundays. \"No performance pay even if you sweat your butt on work!\" Salary increase upon regularization and annual appraisal nearly impossible since performance evaluation is not practically implemented. Working on straight hours especially in servicing/troubleshooting, your main responsibility is to restore the system with the very least down time. \"Self Learning!\" Learn to read and understand manuals because practical training will be on site most of the time via phone support. Never be afraid to call and ask help from your Senior Engineers!

The good things-Friendly workplace -Good colleagues -Opportunity to work outside the metro learning new things
The challengesI love and like challenges so I cant comment so much on the bad things as I able to manage to get along on any situation but if you are a person who gives up easily on challenges then this company is not for you.
