    The overall experience is good, the most important is I learned a lot and made a lot of friends.
    The good thingsI love the environment, I made a lot of friends that turns into family that helps each other grow. I enjoyed working, had fun learning and leading at the same time. My experience there will surely became a huge part of my career.
    The challengesThe micro management and more consideration to take care of the employees. Lack of long term solutions, and the pull-out system where they float employees once the client terminated their contract.

    The good thingsCool Environment to work with. If you still want to develop your skills as a Contributor this would be a great place to do that. Management is still in process improvement, still a long way but taking baby steps.

    The good thingsBecause of the current pandemic situation, they allow work from home setup. Onboarding is pretty easier than expected.
    The challengesThis is probably the most unprofessional company I've ever seen. It is as if you are a fresh graduate or looking for a job "diyan sa kanto." You'll receive decent pay but don't expect anything professional, grand, or interesting. This is your functioning yet boring company. You will not encounter much stress but you will not be happy as you'd like to be.

    The best place to improve your skills.
    The good thingsIf you're looking for a company that will help you grow in the BPO field, then Callmax is for you. Promotion is always there, you just need to prove to them that you are deserving for the position.
    The challengesLack of conflict resolution is the number one challenge for me, personally. But still, the progress is very visible and there's no doubt that in no time, this will no longer be an issue.

    The good thingsJust near my place and nothing else. Nothing more good things to say about this company. The workplace is untidy and the computer equipments are outdated. Poor cyber security system.
    The challengesPoor management system. Unprofessional staffs even from HR department. The employer does not care much about their employees during pandemic. Poor payroll system. No security of tenure. No HMO.

    The good thingsAlthough I have seen a lot of negative reviews about Callmax, it's proven that the company still have improvements with regards to their employee's benefits.

    The challengesThere is a weekly swabbing and some employees have been tested positive there EVERY WEEK still they dont take the consideration of WFH. VERY BAD AND POOR MANAGEMENT. NOT ORGANIZED AT ALL.

    The good thingsWork itself is rewarding, makes you use your brain but not siper tiring, definitely not toxic. If you came from telco or sales, you'll definitely love it here cause you'll get to relax a bit.
    The challengesNeed better facilities and office equipments like tables, chairs, carpets, etc. It's an old building, so that explains it.

    Excellent career opportunities!
    The good thingsThe company is at the stage of growth which makes today a perfect time to join us. Opportunities are just around the corner and over the past months I've seen MAJOR improvements within the company which is really exciting! In due time, I'm sure it will grow as big as the other competitors around. If you're up for a different kind of challenge, this is the company to join.
    The challengesOffice is situated in an old building that is not well maintain by the owner. The rest rooms are outside operations which makes is accessible to other tenants of the building. I think it's time to move to a better location especially that the team is growing.

    The good thingsNon toxic environment. The support team is just Awesome!! Managers are cool and very supportive. They give equal opportunities to everyone. Been 3 years as an agent and I was given the opportunity for growth.

    It's all worth it!
    The good thingsCallmax Solutions is not just a BPO Company but it is also an Architectural firm, blended with professionals. You can extend your learning and ideas about different facets in BPO. I highly recommend Callmax! It is indeed home of the champions!
    The challengesAs an employee it is normal to handle stress but as long as the company see's your worth and encourage you, there is always a room for improvement. And I'm proud to say Callmax has it. We do not just work, but we do it in an enjoyable way!

    The good thingsVery good start-up company. The leaders are very supportive. A very good example of work life balance. Very accessible for commuters. Managers are very approachable and easy to speak with.
    The challengesI understand that the company is just starting up. But I hope they already transfer to a better one because they already filled the building and we need more space for growth
