    Follow up my application
    The good thingsSupposed to be a work from home set up. But I didn't hear anything after the last assessment. Supposed to have a final interview but no one calls.
    The challengesHow can I follow up my application? I passed all the assessments as well as initial interview the only thing left is final interview. How can I follow up?? They only text me via auto generated message using C3 PH that can't even reply with that

    The good thingsThis company used to be a "pro-people" company, had a fun working environment and everything's just really nice. It started to go downhill when the management changed, they rebranded and hired a lot of external employees especially in the supervisory and managerial position.
    The challengesManagement - It's hard to work in a company who lacks open and constant communication. Concerns are being set aside most of the time and employees are always bombarded with so many tasks that can't be completed within the bandwith of 7.5 productive hours (including the headcount). Career Growth - they used to prefer internal candidates for promotion but as time went by, they preferred external candidates and greatly impacted an employee's performance. Some superiors really needs to listen to their people - you can't deliver the needs of the business if your people are tired and neglected most of the time. HR and Payroll - they sometimes don't respond to your emails in a timely manner, you have to follow up after a few days before they respond. Not everyone is accommodating to the employees too. They sometimes make you feel you're disturbing them if you ask them questions be it via chat or speak to them directly.

    The good thingsble: Employees support leaders who are transparent, accessible, honest, authentic, and who invest in them. When an organization’s leaders are front and center and make themselves available to everyone, it creates a sense that “we’re all in this together,” and employees are much more likely to feel good about the goals they’re working towards and the company’s mission
    The challengesWhat i don't like is I cant see any challenges on this company. I LOVE C3 EVERISE worth dying for to work with this company.

    The good thingsThis is a good company for individuals who are competent and are looking for growth. Your work is compensated accordingly and your immediate superiors provide the necessary training and feedback you need to excel.
    The challengesIt would be good to have management assessment surveys quarterly to check on employee satisfaction with regards to their superiors. The employees' relationship with the HR team needs a bit of attention as well.

    It has been a very educating 6 months.
    The good thingsI didn't expect to gain a lot of important work ethics in a call center and I am so glad that I was met with a lot of surprises. Working in C3 gave me the training that I needed to somehow improve my performance as an employee and as a member of a company. They taught me how to be patient even in stressful situations.
    The challengesWell, I think the only challenge was the shifting schedule. It may work for some and I applaud them for that. However, being in a BPO company requires a lot of personal effort for an employee to flourish and grow.

    Great place to work with.
    The good thingsI have friends here that are close to me like family. I love the environment and the load of work is just enough for us to do our job. The people here are friendly and accommodating. They will treat you like their own family.
    The challengesCompensation and incentives. This is a business that needs support from the employees like us. However, it turns like they just wanted to use us for their own good. Everyone wants a fair treatment apparently you can't have that in this company.
