I wanted to get out as fast as I can.
The good thingsComfort room was always clean. HR people were nice.
The challengesStressful environment, tons of departments in one crowded room. Over-expectations. I wasn't even made a regular employee even after reaching 10 months, which delays a lot of benefits. No PAG-IBIG loans too. I don't know how this company is running legally like this.

CAREER GROWTH IS BASED ON "PALAKASAN SYSTEM"
The good thingsnone.. i just stayed for the weekly salary.. but more or less I did not enjoy every minute of working here
The challengesthe work schedule is always 12 hours 6 days a week (sometimes even sundays) you'll handle 20 machines with a technician the production area has no proper ventilation, its too hot especially during summer AND THERE'S NO CHANCE FOR CAREER GROWTH IF YOU'RE NOT FRIENDS WITH THE HR THE HR WERE THE WORST PART OF THIS ORGANIZATION! THEY BELIEVE IN GOSSIPS, AND JUDGE THEIR PEOPLE BASED ON THE THINGS THEY HEAR THEY ARE NOT FAIR ENOUGH ON PROMOTING PEOPLE
