It's a nice place to work at!

The good thingsBenefits are excellent, work load are just fine, management is fair . I enjoyed meeting sincere friends. Work in only Monday to Friday, thus, employee has a work-life balance lifestyle. There are many training for career growth of an employee.

The challengesChallenges is different personalities of supervisors and co worker with different decisions and character to deal with.

The good thingsI somewhat practiced what I had learn from my previous employers and apply it to this company. Also, this company offers great working opportunity to those who really wants to explore in the industry of trading.

The challengesSince I am new to the company, it is a challenge for me to cope up with the system but the management give me chance to prove myself that I am suited for the position that they offered to me.
