Our team members enjoy the flexibility of remote work, with fixed weekends off, HMO coverage with 2 dependents, complete government benefits, enjoys 100% bonus from clients and quarterly social events offered for free by our company! We have our internal coaches who are always available to assist our VAs should they need help on disclosing their files. I've been with a US mortgage company since 2016 and I have not seen a company that offers unlimited one-on-one assistance on disclosing files.

For instance, I transitioned from working as a call center agent and workforce analyst to a role in recruiting. I used to face the constant hassle of commuting, but now, thanks to our "Work From Home Forever" policy, I enjoy the convenience and safety of working from home.
