    General Company Review
    The good thingsSalary is generally high. Company car provided. CEO tends to be very supportive. Regional managers are particularly great except for some. Time management allowed me to have better working schedule.
    The challengesHR & Finance department needs a LOT of improvement. Reimbursement took a lot of days before processed. Documentation gets lost from here to there. No HR personnel with a solid HR background.

    The challengesToo much politics being driven by the expats themselves. No sense of direction. The management did not follow what was written on the given job offer from the date of start.
